Returns & Refunds

Items can NOT be returned when a discount is used.

We will gladly accept original priced items for return or exchange within 14 days. We do not offer refunds, only store credit.

Shipping charges are not refundable. We are not responsible for returned shipping costs, lost or stolen packages.

Return Requirements:

  • All tags must still be attached.
  • No make up or deodorant stains, and odor free.
  • Items can not be worn, washed, or altered in any way.
  • Shoes must be returned in the original shoe box.
  • Shoe boxes must be returned inside of another box or protective layer. Do not tape the shoe box shut and tape a label on it.
Items NOT Eligible for Return:
  • Any time a coupon code/discount was used on the order.
  • Any item in the sale/clearance section.
  • Jewelry and Hair accessories.
  • Intimates.
  • Any item marked down or discounted. 
  • Shoes without the original box 

No exceptions or exchanges. Gift Cards can’t be returned or refunded.

Returns will be issued in the form of a digital gift card. Gift card will be emailed to the address in which the order originated from. Please allow 2-5 business days for return processing.

***If more than $300 of returns are made within a calendar year, a 20% restocking/shipping/handling fee will be deducted from each return moving forward. We do our best to help you decide on the size you need before ordering. If you need any further assistance with sizing, please reach out so that we may help you!


Defects or Damaged Items:

  • Upon receipt, please inspect your order immediately. Please be sure to inspect your items within 3 days of receiving your delivery for defects and issues. Contact email:
  • All defects and issues must be notified via email or text within that 3 day window, and must include order number and images of the issue.

  • Any item defects found after 3 days of receiving the shipment will be assessed a restocking fee to be returned.

  • We cannot make exceptions once you have had the merchandise in your care for a longer period of time, removed tags, washed or worn it.
